marijuana and jobs

For the states that made marijuana legal, do you think they need to change some policies when drug testing? Now that it's legal it's no different than alcohol. Do jobs really care you had a couple beers on the weekend? Should it be different with marijuana. People can fail a drug test since it stays in the system for almost a month, and denied a job.
