Finding out I have PCOS...so many questions...

After two years of trying and 2 early miscarriages, my husband and I started to see a fertility specialist and discovered I have a mild case of PCOS. No cysts but my insulin levels are out of control. They put me on metformin to suppress my insulin levels. My doctor said I won't be able to get pregnant until my levels are normal...... I'm just wondering, how is it possible that I was able to get pregnant twice naturally though? Are my husbands swimmers just bionic war heros that we're able to get me pregnant? Anyone else with PCOS get pregnant naturally? Anyone else with PCOS have multiple miscarriages? Anyone with PCOS able to get pregnant and stay pregnant after being on metformin?
