My family owns a small business and a gal is claiming we overcharged her $50, she has her billing statement and the day it was charged we were not even open, but she cannot remember what day she actually came in, and when we looked it up by all the card numbers she had us look under the only transaction was today for $14. What would you do? I just find I rarely give people the benefit of the doubt anymore and how can we return the money to her card without having received it in the first place? I just feel like she is trying to steal. Her bank statement says withdrawal instead of purchase, as well.
