How to dry up milk supply?

Hello! I have been exclusively pumping for the first 2 months of my babys life, she was born early so she would never latch. I am ready to stop breastfeeding. Any suggestions on how to quit? I would like to dry up asap and not take months to slowly stop.

I stopped cold turkey pumping, pain for 7 days. cold cabbage leaves, Ibprofin for pain, I lightly massaged out lumps in the shower to prevent mastitis. Good luck!

Freeze cabbage leaves then put them in your bra also tight sports bras do not let water run over your boobs in the shower that stimulates let down and sends a message to the ducts to produce more milk

What i did was layed on the couch with my back up with pillows kinda sideways on the arm and back of the couch nothing on but a t shirt and blanket and just let the milk run took me maybe 3 nights and tight bras doubled up during the day and i was all dried up

I had my daugter 3 years ago and still have not fully dried up!!! My doctor said nothings wrong with me so idk but I will deffenetly be fallowing this
