Growth scans?

Question

Been referred to a doctor to determine whether I need consultant led care for growth scans as my bmi is low and I'm thin. Should I be worried?

I have a BMI of 16.2 and I have a lot of growth scans but its not bc my low bmi, its because high risk for placental abruption. 
I would of had a very large baby if I went to term last pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry if I were you. 
Your size doesn't dictate your babies size.

I was sent to a consultant because they said I was thin also. When I got there they said there is no reason for me to see a consultant and growth scans aren't necessary. She said just because I'm thin it doesn't mean my baby won't be a healthy weight. She couldn't understand why my midwife referred me just because of that. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about
