Carrying low at 24 weeks?

Is anyone else carrying their baby low at 24 weeks? My actual stomach isnt that lpw but the kicks, punches, ect i feel are still relativly low. Every once in awhile I'll feel him right about my belly button but its usually below it. Normal?

It's normal just depends on the baby's position which they still have ton of room to flip and move around. I'm 28 weeks and I still feel most movement under my belly button. I'll feel a few strong kicks or jabs here and there above my belly button but most movement I feel is lower still.
