Garden wedding cost?

Ladies, if you had a small garden wedding, 
What was your overall cost? Including dress, tux, cake.. everything.
Wedding planning and want to set a realistic budget.

My husband and I got married in the botanical gardens. There was a small building in the park and the whole thing cost around $500 for facilities (gardens and reception hall).

I wore a bridesmaid dress and he rented a tux. Of course we had a cake and a grooms cake and finger foods (it was evening time).

The total cost including the 5 star hotel was around $2500 if that.

We wanted it to be about us and not stress or go into debt over the wedding.

Today is our 5 year anniversary!

I would personally set your own budget and just make sure it comes reasonably withen then sum. Im also planning a wedding for christmas next year but plan to make alot myself

15k. 70 guests and not extravagant. Catered, DJ.  Did have a 2k gown but can't recall if that was part of the 15, this was 7 years ago lol.  Weddings add up fast.
