How painful was it for you to push the baby out?

I had an epidural so lots of pressure for sure, feels like a really big poop. But it actually feels good to push because your body wants to so bad and you're doing something productive

My first I had a 40 hr labor with no meds or epi. It was the worst pain i have ever felt, i asked the nurse to dislocate my legs and my hips to stop the pain(of course she said no)he got stuck and I spent 2 1/2 trying to push him out. They cut me and after everything I couldn't walk, sit, stand, bend, pee, poop or shower without being in some kind of pain.
My second the contraction's were very painful but after 8 1/2 hrs I opted for the epi. I'm so glad I did!! I had it for atleast 30 min before i had to push and it felt soo good, all I felt was the pressure and need to put. 5 pushes and she was here!! I mean it did burn alittle idk why!

For me, the most painful things about the whole process were the contractions (pitocin induced), and massaging my uterus afterwards, close third were the shoulders. Pushing was actually a relief from the contractions.

I did it naturally without an epidural. Her cord was wrapped around her three times so she's start to come out then get pulled back up. So I heard the words 'I see her head' about 3 times. They finally used a vacuum to get her out, which at that point I didn't feel. It was awful, but I'd do it all over again.
