I just dont know what to think..

Okay, so this might be a tad bit lengthy but here it goes...

So i've been on birth control since i was 14 except when i ended up pregnant 2 years ago. Then when the baby was 6 months she stopped breast feeding and i got back on again been on it ever since. Anyway, we recently had sex without a condom and on November 9th, i ovulated on the 10th. I mean we aren't trying, im still on birth control but if it happens it happens and ill be happy either way.

I am just experiencing terrible lower back more tailbone pain and cramping like no other. I have been very tired and emotional already which i know its too soon to even tell but i feel all the symptoms like, super sore breast, even my vulva hurts to the touch like when i am wiping.

I took a pregnancy test knowing it was to early to twll and it came back negative but im not even due for AF until Thanksgiving. I kind of hope im not just making this all up in my head because that would be insane i feel like i couldnt make this up. I don't know. Im also kind of nervous because i just applied to a 4 year college to get my Bachelors degree in Nursing.

Someone help ease my mind or tell me what they think?
