any tips for teething?

My son has been teething since 3 months old, but it has recently got worse at 4.5 months old. I use teething gel, teething powder, Amber bead anklet and have a teething ring (he can't hold it properly yet so I have to put in his mouth), is there anything else you can think of that helps teething?

Freeze sliced banana, let it defrost a  bit before u give it to your baby though. It's good because it goes soft and breaks easy, and it's not that easy for the child to choke on xx

Wet rag put it in freezer and let them chew on the partially frozen rag; get a paci, breast milk/ formula and an ice tray, mix up your formula or get pumped breast milk and pour it into the ice tray, add paci into it with the nipple side in the milk/formula and freeze it once frozen, give it to baby the cold helps ease the swollen and red gums and they can kind of gnaw on it, plus it's a little snackie
