Spotting during pregnancy

I started spotting today and was wondering if anyone else experienced this and everything was okay. I'm just a little worried now. And just a little FYI I did go to the hospital to get checked out and they say as of now all of my levels are normal and the baby is healthy but bc it's unknown bleeding it's considered "threatening a miscarriage" and I should follow up with my OB tomorrow. I'm just looking for some reassurance that everything will be okay.
