days leading up to labor?

what do the days leading up to labor feel like? i've been having plenty of BH, they've been getting stronger, nesting like crazy and this is def TMI but i've been pooping like crazy 😂 i always heard that your body does a good job of "cleaning itself out" before baby comes, so🙃 not to mention i've been feeling a bunch of pressure and i've dropped immensely! and my baby is measuring at about 7 pounds now (37 weeks tomorrow btw). i'm just so nervous and so excited! i've been eating a bunch of spicy food and forcing my poor boyfriend to do the deed with me any chance i get (he didn't complain at first but i'm almost positive he wants a break!😂) also a little over a week ago i was 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced.
