Baby registry

I feel kind of bad because my husband and I already bought a lot of the bigger things because we didn't want our families to be spending that kind of money on us when we can afford it ourselves. So we have a stroller set, we have a swing/glider type of thing that also turns into a bassinet, a bath tub, a crib, the bedding, most of the decor, couple different bottles, a high chair, baby monitor, and diaper bag.

And now that I am suppose to be making my registry I have no idea what to put besides clothes and a few blankets. I was even considering just not having anyone bring actual gifts besides like diapers but my mother in law freaked over that idea.

So what are some things you can suggest as a need to have? Or something you will be getting or wanting? Things that are realistic to have and not just a waste of money lol
