3 weeks 4 days and spotting this morning!!!😟😟😟

This morning I woke up to very faint brown spotting when I wiped after going pee. I checked again about 10 minutes later, and it was still present, but even more faint. After that, I haven't seen anything else. I haven't had any cramps or anything with it. But it terrified me! Is this normal, or should I worry?

I had a miscarriage two years ago, at 2 weeks. I didn't even know i was pregnant and found out by miscarriage, so I'm terrified of having another.
