Do I give full dosage each Time for gripe water?

Marie • Hello, my name is Marie, I'm 27 years old and I joined this website the moment I found out that I was pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I'm praying for a 100% healthy baby boy or girl 😊
Do I give 1 teaspoon at each feeding or through out the day give my son up to a teaspoon of it? I'm a little confused as I seen someone post to dip the pacifier in it.. Is it possible that I gave my son too much?
