Can I stop taking these pills

I went to the hospital about 6 days ago and I had a bladder infection apart from my morning sickness being severe. So they gave me pills to take and he wouldn't stop stressing to take them all through the 10 days. And i can't anymore. They are so huge the pills. I can't drink them anymore. Its literally a burden. I have had a pain in the entrance of my private area. I heard it's just a pregnancy pain like lightning crotch I think it was. But I heard it could also be the bladder infection. But it hurts so bad sometimes. Can I just stop taking these pills?
