spotting or period?? with copper IUD.

So, I got the Paraguard around a month ago I think, and I've had some spotting off and on, but then I started bleeding like 3 days ago and haven't stopped. It doesn't seem like typical period blood , because it started brown and now it's regular red. Usually my periods start red and don't turn brownish till like day 4. And I also got my period on like October 19th (it's November 16th now) so I guess it could be my period? But usually my cycle is like 40 or 50 days at least. Like once every two months ish. Idk. My breasts are tender and I am cramping but it could just be PMS. I dunno! I know you guys obviously can't diagnose me lol, but have any of you had such long and heavy spotting?  Or do you think it's more likely just a period? Have any of you had it where it makes your period more regular or something?
