Switching from The Pill to Nuvaring
I'm switching over to the nuvaring from the pill and wanted to make sure I'd be protected 100% of the time.
If my last active pill is to be taken tomorrow the 17th and the last placebo on the 24th, would I start the ring the 25th (since that'd be the day I was supposed to start the new pack of pills?)
My doctor said to start it the Sunday (27th) after my period starts, but that would be two whole days without any pills...it just doesn't make sense to me. Advice is much appreciated!
