He is 2 days old today and let me just say labor was horrible

He is 2 days old today and let me just say labor was horrible. Contractions were very painful and had them for 24 hours before he was born. Tried nitrous oxide, it didn't help much, then got some pain meds in my iv they only worked for a very short time, then after 5-6 hours of intense pain I finally got the epidural and it was fantastic! I was able to take a few quick naps and prepare to deliver him. I didn't feel a thing from then until about an hour after I delivered him! I did tear and need stitches, but other than that all was great!
