Pregnant and Fibromyalgia?

Hello! I'm currently 12 weeks with my first and I've lived with Fibromyalgia for about 11 years now. I know most women with fibro feel really good when pregnant and I haven't had any problems there I'm more worried about the labor part. Any moms out there with fibro have any issues when it came time to have the baby? Terrified of my body giving out. Thanks!

I have ME, which is obviously not exactly the same, but similar. 
I was induced and in total was in labour for 14 hours overnight. It was hard work, but my body seemed to find the energy from somewhere to do it. I think adrenaline kept me going. 
The hardest bit was after the labour as the adrenaline wore off and my body just stopped. My milk took longer than normal to come in, so I had a grumpy baby for a few days. Once I was home I just sat and fed baby and then napped when the baby slept. I'm now expecting again and I'm worried how I'm going to keep going with my daughter who is almost 3 and a newborn in a few months.
