Please comment below if you had an experience with a birth outside of the hospital or give me your reasons for having a birth in the hospital. My mother, husband, and MIL all would like me to be in the hospital for the birth of the baby (my first). however, many women I know who have had births at home or at their midwifery have told me how wonderful it is.

The midwifery I go to is right next to the hospital and they said that they are always willing to bring the laboring moms to the hospital for an epidural and to finish off the birth if the pain is too much to handle.
