TTC (zika virus )

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone is in the same boat I am. I recently traveled to a place where they have the zika virus.. my husband and I are and have been more than ready to have a baby. Now since I traveled the ob suggested that we wait 6 months even though we never had symptoms and we don't were not bitten that we know of on this trip? Advice, what would you do?
