Has anyone done PiYo and weight watchers?
I'm planning on joining WW in Jan (It's the only way I see myself being successful, just tracking food doesn't help). In also want to start PiYo again. With a newborn, I can't commit to the diet plan that comes with PiYo, however I know a lot of beachbody workouts you need to stick as close as possible to the included diet plan to see results. Has anybody done WW and PiYo and seen results?
