BLADDER INFECTION??? PLEASE HELP

Yesterday I started feeling symptoms of a bladder infection/UTI  Such as urge to pee all the time. When I go pee a drop to nothing comes out and pain once I have urinated. The pain after urinating intensified soooo much. I started to notice I was peeing blood.... I took a Ural sachet which helps with a uti and now I pee pretty much normally but it still stings and burns once I've urinated. When I wipe it is also a light red/pink colour. Please help on what I could do to cure this or is it something else other than a uti??
