lower abdominal cramps
Hi...
I got a surprise BPF (well three!) on Thursday. I had mild cramps leading up to it and since and today a sharper pain/cramp on my left side.
The cramps come and go and only last a few seconds to a few minutes.
It's my first so I'm nervous, and not sure what to expect... does this all sound normal? x
