that's happened to me before and i'm a teen, rubbing, and friction of any kind for example, tight jeans and lots of movement; can cause this. i washed with warm water and soap and then put acne cream and it cleared up within a few days.

Anywhere on your baby that has been closed skin you can get pimples, it's just hormones. Try not to pop them because they can get infected. Just wash yourself with warm water more when you're in the shower and they should start to clean up. If not talk to your doctor.
