Whats the chance I'll have a miscarriage??

Question

First time being pregnant,and Im so scared. Im only 1 month,and my tummy has felt so weird. Bloated,cramps,i havnt had morning sickness yet.
Im just fearing the worst.
Whats the chance ill miscarry? Does it happen alot? 
Im worried because Ive been on new anxiety meds last 2 months...and Ive lost 28lbs in last 6weeks. I just wonder if my body is healthy enough to keep a baby. 
I know,only time will tell. 
Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I need this little miracle

Cramps and bloating are perfectly normal in early pregnancy and I never got morning sickness. I know it's hard not to, but try not to stress out. It's not good for you or baby. Miscarriage is fairly common, but the chances go down to about 3% once you've seen/heard the heartbeat. Most early miscarriages result from chromosomal abnormalities so again try not to stress out that you're doing something wrong. Good luck!
