Tips for baby that hates bath time??

My son is 10 weeks tomorrow and HATES bathtime. I keep the temperature warm (I have a digital whale thermometer that floats around and let's me know if the water is too cool/hot). I tried making sure the tub was covered in warm water before putting him in. I tried a warm washcloth on his belly. He literally just screams the entire time ☹️
Any tips?

I run the shower before to make the bathroom steamy and warm, then I leave her onesie on to keep her toasty too. After she's thoroughly rinsed, I take her onesie off and wash her body. I also make sure my tub is as full as is safe (I have the tub with the mesh hammock thing in it) and she enjoys kicking the water and feeling it on her toes.

My son did this and I stopped using a washcloth and started washing him with my hands and he started to like bath time more!

Try 5 drops lavender essential oil in bath and put the warm wash cloth on her head.

We switched to showers. At weeks 2. Our bub loves it. Now he's 11 weeks and I've been doing baths with him and he'll finally be in his blooming flower without fussing.

It may just be that my son is getting older, but he is liking it more after hating it at first. I agree with what someone else said about making the water a little warmer than you'd think. Someone told me that and I did, and it seemed to make a difference.

Last bath we took one together. I didn't get much accomplished lol, but he was happy the whole time until right at the end when he got a little fussy.

My baby girl loves bath time!! She has taken baths with me or daddy since 3 weeks(she's now 8weeks) and as for water temp I just go by how it feels on my skin cause the fancy water temp checker seemed to have to water way to cool and she would scream unless it was warmer then what they suggest. Also with her bathing with us I think that it makes her feel safer
