One Flushed Cheek!?

Question

I'm 35 weeks and for the past few weeks only my right cheek (face) has been flushed 24/7. It feels warm, and I don't normally flush often. Other cheek is totally normal. Now I'm also breaking out on the right, flushed cheek. Any thought on what's going on or anything I should be doing? 
My BP is normal/low, nothing else interesting. Just curious.

Could it be 'slapped cheek syndrome' I wonder? It's a viral infection. Have a Google & see if your symptoms match up but don't go worrying yourself about it. If you're feeling otherwise well then baby is fine too xxx

Do you have a tooth infection on your right side? That's the only thing I can think of. Or a right ear or sinus infection?
