lust or love?

My ex and I broke up in late March of this year... I'm still madly in love with him. Maybe it's because I lost my virginity to him or the fact that he was my first real relationship but yea ... I LOVE him! We still talk occasionally but when we do we always sext and try to get together to have sex as well. It's always amazing, he's the only one that can make me feel so great and so sexy. I've tried this with other men but it's just not the same... I'm holding on to hope and going with the flow to see if there is the slightest hope of getting back together! What should I do?
