how do I deal when he doesn't want sex as much as I do?

For the record, my last relationship was sexually and emotionally abusive so I'm still getting used to sex being an option as opposed to an obligation.

Sometimes it's still hard for me to take it as "Sex just isn't on his mind right now." I take it personally when I know I shouldn't; I start telling myself I'm not attractive enough for him to want me, that something is wrong with me for wanting him, etc.

Then when he asks what has me down I feel really stupid and whiny saying, "We haven't had sex in two weeks," so I just tell him I don't know why exactly I'm sad.

Its been two weeks for me as well. Just got over my period, so that I understand, its hard to find privacy, his little sister and dog are in and out of his room as they please, and I don't see him all that often. So when I do get to see him, and hang out at night after his little sister has gone to bed, it used to be sex right away. Now....there isn't. 
I'm lucky if I get eaten out..
Its hard when I want sex and he doesn't. Its hard not to take some kind of offense to it.

Another note: he has the worst combo ever. Insomnia, night terrors, and he's a light sleeper, but with me he's out really fast and doesn't tremble as much, and when he does have a night terror, I'm right there to comfort him. So he gets hours of sleep in
Can't blame him for that. Makes me feel special almost.
