9 weeks brown spotting?!?

Question

I am 9 weeks pregnant, and I have been spotting since the very beginning of the pregnancy. And the doctor told me that since it was brown blood/not much that it was fine. It did go away, but now it came back this morning, and I am having lower back pain. I don't want to call the doctor yet if it is not significant and red but I still worry. I do have an appointment next Monday for my 10 weeks. I did have a miscarriage before but it happened soon after I found out I was pregnant. So this is my first pregnancy that has lasted this long. I really hope I don't have a miscarriage. I've wanted this for so long.

Can someone tell me if they have experienced this, and went to have a normal pregnancy??

This happened to me about 2 weeks ago, I've had 2 miscarriages so I freaked out and went straight to the ER. After spending all day there they did an ultrasound and the baby was totally fine but they found i have a small hemorrhagic hematoma on my gestational sac and said that's likely where the old blood came from. I've been on pelvic rest since then until my next doctor appt on the 30th.

I had some about 3 weeks ago but it only lasted a day if that. Went in for an early scan and everything was ok,  The midwife said it could be implantation and to take it easy, no sex etc . Just had another one today, measured at exactly 9 weeks and everything looks great. But I've had 2 miscarriages so understand your worries, I would get a scan as soon as you can, of only to reassure yourself so you can relax
