Can someone please help me and tell me what they this is going on?!!!!

Ok. I had a d and c in August and i had a regular mensural period sept 19, I did not have a menstrual in October ( i took a pregnancy test and the hospital did and both came back negative) when i went to the ER about two weeks ago they told me i have cyst on my ovaries.... About 3 days ago i started bleeding really heavy!!!! Sharp pains and really bad pressure. Today i thought this "mensural" was lighting up but i just started having bad pressure and pains that almost unbearable. Went to the bathroom and nothing but blood clots coming out big ones!! Having really bad pain and a lot of pressure. Can someone please help me???!!
