Irregular periods

So I'm currently in a situation, I have had very irregular periods and I was on my birth control for over a year but recently I have fallen off of it. On October 25th my last period ended and following that my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex alot like I mean every day twice a day since then till now. I've experienced some weird things lately like I'm alot more emotional, very touchy, I've always had regular bowel movements but I have been able to in over a week, I am very gassy and I have had bad headaches. The last 2 days my boyriend has finished in me completely is there a chance I could be pregnant from the last 2 days?

and yes I have taken 2 tests they were over a week ago was my last one and I see a vvvfl.

Any advice would be great!
