For squirters and those aspiring!
Every woman has the ability to squirt because we all have a skene's gland. So in the very beginning it starts with where you are be in an environment where everything can get soaked (or put a towel down) after that maximum pleasure simultaneously with maximum relaxation are the key here for example if you're masterbating and you don't squirt but want to teach your body how to then when you reach orgasm and you're body tenses up and you stop physically pleasing yourself you'll eventually stop orgasming. Well when you're at the end of your first orgasm you should start pleasing yourself into the beginning of another orgasm as soon as you can stand to touch yourself again squirting on the first orgasm has only happened after about a year of me knowing how to do it. Your body and mind think you're going to pee so really the only way to squirt is to accept that fact and just let it out. But here's the tricky part you're not going to pee if you DON'T PUSH OUT the squirt in my experience when i got past the point of accepting I might pee I would start squirting and push it out because I was so focused on trying to squirt and that's when I felt like I really wasn't squirting it was more urine because a percentage of the liquid that comes out is urine. I would focus more on my breathing as soon as I started even trying to have a second orgasm I would keep it natural and make sure I wasn't holding my breath because that creates tension in your body breathe at the tempo that your body naturally wants to breathe at but breathe as heavily as possible like you would if you were trying to fog up a mirror with your breath. I find this just naturally relaxes you and it's Niagra falls after that. Also the way I can tell if I'm really squirting is because sometimes I have body convulsions and my eyes roll back in my head while I'm squirting and I have no control over these things (don't be embarrassed if these things happen even if you look like you're having a seizure embrace it and let them happen) and really once you start squirting it actually is a little painful to try to hold it in so you're really forced to let it out any way. Hope this helps!!
