please please help!

So the last time I had sex was a few weeks ago and my boyfriend literally made me raw we couldn't have sex for the 2 days that he was still visiting afterwards. Today is the first day we're together since and I assumed I'd be ready and open for business by now but when he put it in it hurt. Really badly like he was rubbing himself against a rug burn. And I bled. A lot. I am on the shot and am wondering what could be the cause of this. He's the only person I've had sex with and we were both tested after we had sex and know we don't have any STD's. But it's also been a while since either of us were tested. Any ideas???
