I'm in a pickle

How many couples out there in the military. I'm falling for this guy in the army. He comes home in four months. Idk how army guys work. He skypes me and talks to me every chance we get but don't talk about a relationship. Kinda going slow and keeping it simple and friendly but still subtly flirting. He says he wants to spend a lot of time with me when he gets back. Here's the shittiest thing. I'm in a dead beat relationship with a guy who swears he's gunna change and be better to me. But like idk. I'm giving my bad the chance. I don't want to cheat. I made it clear I had a bf to the army guy and he's been really respectful. But I just find myself happy talking to this guy overseas and I barely hear from my man here :/ I know the obvious thing is to end things but I love him and I have faith hell change. I just don't know. Who's landed themsleves here?
