He has his ex on snapchat, and he tells me he keeps her added so that she can see all the videos and pictures of us being happy together on his story, so that it can make her jealous. 
I think it's immature of him to do, and it also makes me a bit nervous since why would he still care about what she thinks after being together for over a year? Should I be worried? And how do I convince him that what he's doing is immature?

You need to break it off. It really doesn't sound like he's with you for the right reasons. If his only focus is making someone else jealous, that obviously means he still wants her to care just as much as he does. You aren't a toy and your feelings should be played with like that.

I think it's weird that your BF wants to share your relationship with his ex. If that were my husband, I'd pack him a bag. I won't accept being used to show someone other girl how awesome he is. The only reason to do that is because he still cares what she thinks...so, yeah. You're right to be mad. He should be focused on you and your relationship, not worrying about how bad it'll make his ex feel.
