I want a baby

I'm 18 and I've been through some tough times and I've been with my fiancé nearly two and a half years, were looking at moving in together and he told me that when we do and he is working in the police as he just applied then we can have a baby, I'm scared he might just be saying that to make me happy because he knows I want one. I don't know why I do but I really do. I want to be a mother, I want to be there for my child, I lost my mom when I was 7 and never had a proper mother figure and my dad did owned me when I was 16, I want to give my baby the best and give them the love and support I never received. Is this wrong?
