skyla cramps

I got my skyla put in on Monday. The insertion wasn't as bad as I expected... still not pleasent. But I'm having pretty intense pelvic cramps and feeling pressure to poop a lot. I have been taking ibuprofen as needed. Sex doesn't hurt so that's good. I am going to call my obgyn tomorrow to see if this is normal. I'm scared it moved out of place. What's your ladies experience? And I have a funky smell down there too. What's that about? Advice is appreciated!! Thanks girls.
