First cycle after miscarriage ???

I started my miscarriage October 3rd And the bleeding stopped October 8th. I have had what seemed to be an af on November 9th-11th. This was a weird cycle. No cramping ,very short but heavy. I am usually 7 days always. I took a opk the day before "af" arrived and it was extremely positive. My question is has anyone else had a very positive opk before af?! Could I have ovulated during my cycle?!
