Not sure 🤔

Ok so we have been ttc for 2 years partner had first sperm test came back less than 2 mil with 20%  I've been on letrozole 3 times still no joy I already have a child from other relationship she is 7 I'm turining 30 in 3 weeks partner is 30 funding on NHS for iui or ivf or any treatment to go further I think will be denied as have a child already he all so has biateral undescened tested that was which was treated at age of 3 🙅‍♂️ I'm not sure what to do another more as this is really starting to swallow up my hole life I've had my hsg test done came bk clear ovulated with out letrozole and with letrozole so I'm just lost now not sure what else they can do for us
