I was diagnosed with PCOS back in July of 2016. I had done minor reading prior to finding out and realized it fit me to a T! So honestly, I wasn't all that shocked when I was diagnosed. Well fast forward 4 months and we are now trying to conceive. (Huge step for us both!) I opted out of the birth control route (for obvious reasons) as well as, because in the past it really didn't help. I still missed period. For the last few months Iv been trying the hormone route. Does it make anyone else almost unbeatable during those 10 days?! Because I'm almost a literal bear! 😅 So finally my point, is there an app or site, or anywhere that would give me more onsite to PCOS and how to work with it? I'm open to suggestions! I just feel like Iv hit a Plato, don't get me wrong the progress Iv made is amazing and I have never felt this in tune with my body. However my curiosity for knowledge is still surging.
