Underboob Sweat

Okay so I posted a few days ago asking about an abundance of CM. I also mentioned that I had no symptoms except for gas. Wellllllllll today I woke up with sweaty underboobs. Like when I wiped it my hand was soaked. I figured I was just hot or something while asleep. But I've had a consistent dampness all day. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I always had underboob sweat and under belly sweat. I can't remember but I think I was in my second or third trimester when that started... has anyone ever had underboob sweat as a sign of conception/implantation/verrrrrrry early (like 4wks) pregnancy?
