TMI post

Okay ladies, implant taken out over a month ago, gotten faint positives that end up disappearing, no period, tender breasts, lower abdomen feels tight and stretched, peeing a lot more, and my CM is really white and thick. When should I test again to see if I'm pregnant? I got a slight positive the other night that later developed to be a BFN. Help! My hubby and I want a baby so bad and hoping that this is it and I'm pregnant, just would love advice :)
