teeth - is this normal?

So my son is coming up on 4 months old and he's getting his first teeth, but they're the top 4. Is that normal? I thought they get bottom teeth first.

Our pediatrician told us that while the bottom teeth usually come in first, there are so many exceptions to the rule that the exception is basically the rule! So don't worry about it! Babies all get their teeth on their own schedule!

Teething does follow a predictable pattern, but try and tell a baby that they need to be predictable! Lol Many babies teeth differently, can you actually feel the teeth cutting through with your finger or do they just look like they are cutting?

They do get the bottom first, what makes you think they are coming through the top? Alot of people get epstein pearls and teeth confused. Google them x
