I'm probably just being paranoid but my period is late..

I'm 11weeks 3d pp m, I had my period 5 weeks ago and had my tubes tied 4weeks ago. I've only had sex once since then and we used a condom. But I've always had a really consistent period even while breastfeeding. I am ebf right now but my period is a week late and I've never been more than a few days late when not on bc. Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant or am I just paranoid? I stopped taking the mini when I got my tubes tied but I had a hard time getting a straight answer from anyone when I asked if I should continue birthcontrol. Once nurse told me after I get my period I should be fine but I still haven't got it so now I'm paranoid.
