It's from scratching your booth. This happens to me all the time. Scratch mark can happen because of it so just put lotion on it. Your probably itchy because of dry skin 🙂

I get these, usually when my boobs are itching like crazy and I end up scratching them something over my bra sometimes under. The little red dots are just broken capillaries from scratching,so it's not really a rash but more of an underneath wound from scratching. Why boobs itch like hell from time to time though, I'm not sure! Could be fabrics, detergent, heat & sweat combo or just hormonal growth.

I get that all over and under my boobs. But I scratch the hell out of them. Not sure what it could be if it just popped up. Maybe you inadvertently scratched while asleep?
