Newborn babies...?

Is it just me or do you find newly born babies fresh out of the va-jay-jay covered in white stuff and all blue and purple weird?

Not weird, per se, but not exactly cute and cuddly.

I generally don't find babies or kids <1 to ever be very cute. I'd take a puppy or kitten on the cuteness scale any day.

I know I may feel differently about my own baby, but I don't find newborns cute at all. Now, when they can interact and manage some of the own excretions, then they can be cute.

Yeah... I know every parent loves their baby immediately and all but even knowing I probably won't feel this way about my little boy when he comes out... I'd like to not see that little bundle of joy until they air out a little bit. It's precious but all that goo and vernix is pretty weird.

The truth has been spoken! Lol I was an ugly ass baby hope mine doesn't turn out the same. At least we grow out of it.

the more you research birth, the less weird you'll find any of it. look up what vernix is and what it does for your baby.
