Eating out

So when my boyfriend and I first started talking he bragged about how great he was with his mouth. So of course I was excited to experience it, but I haven't. We've been together almost three months and in those three months he's only barely teased me with his mouth. We have sex all the time and the days we don't have sex I give him head. How could I bring up that I want to be eating out without sounding like I'm complaining?
